Cancellation Policy
Reservations are accepted with the garantee of a credit card, or a bank transfer deposit.
The credit card is not charged except in the case of a late cancellation or no-show.
Payment is asked for the day before departure.
There are no penalty charges for reservations cancelled or changed up to at least 72 hours prior to the intended arrival date.
Cancellations and changes must be written and sent either by fax or e-mail afterwhich a written confirmation of the cancellation/change will be sent to you.
All cancellations made within 72 hours before the intended arrival date, as well as any no-shows, are subject to a penalty fee that is equal to the first night's rate.
